Zeke's Pueblo Mexican Supermarket — Local services in El Paso

I always go here fir hard to find authentic Mexican condiments. They offer a full meat market with fresh choices. As you walk in they also have fresh made food to eat there or take with you, by plate or pound. They have a great selection of hard to find herbs, teas and spices. In back is a hard to pass bakery of fresh breads, pan, dulces. It also use to be a resteraunt but didn't see it this time. Cake making is also offered there. Some are pre- made for pick up n run. I also love their veggies selection. Certain times of year it's hard to find authentic Mexican cuisine or things needed to make it and this us my goto store. I especially love the Authentic candy and chips.

This store has everything you need. The staff here are almost always friendly, shout outs to the cashiers that have been working there for many years for a mediocre salary. These ladies always treat you with an authentic smile and wish you good. They are always very happy. They recently hired a new cashier and new staff for the cooked items they sell. Much needed as the old ladies that worked that counter would be rude at customers and would be selective with the quality of cooked meats they sell. We always make the trip from Las Cruces to get our prepared grilling steaks. I remember when Zekes was a tiny little meat market, (mid 80's) Mr. Zeke would always hand out a hot dog to the kids while the grown-ups did the shopping. I can't remember if you paid extra to have them drive you home with your groceries, but it was so convenient for those who didn't have a vehicle and rode the bus. I'm glad they are still in business.
