El Hut Café — Restaurant in El Paso

We went by, yesterday “ MONDAY the 11th of October, around 12p:m: I’ve been a oustomer for as long as your business, has been there at location, on NORTHLOOP and Yarbrough. We ordered, two burritos “ HUEVO CON CHORIZO”. I understand there were coustomers that waitress needed to assist. But, we had ordered the two burritos (2). What I noticed of this waitres! As coustomers and more coustomers, kept coming in! She was waiting on them, instead of of our “ order” two (2) burritos. We waited for a very long time, but never focused or just decided to continue attending customers that kept coming in. I mentioned to waitress. That we wanted to leave, because my daughter was ill. The respond she gave me was she needed to attend costumers from table. Sir, or man? What are we? We are certainly “ Costomers” too. I wish, hope you address this to this waitress. Because, as I mentioned! We’ve been costumers for as long as your bussiness has been there. I believe this girl or lady was new. But, I did not appreciate the way she responded back to me and keep waiting on customers that kept coming in and in! Wid value, appreciate you as the owner of bussiness “ CAFE HUT 2 to please bring this matter to her attention. Sincerely MRS. CERVANTES. First off delicious comida...but I can not go back...I believe this beautiful restaurant is haunted and the waitress was very rude. I went to the restroom. I'm a tru believer in Christ Almighty so when I feel the need to pray I pray..In the middle of my prayer the light went off I turned back on immediately..while I was turning the light back on I heard a knock outside the door...no one was outside the door when I looked...I'm very scared now to go back...the waitress was just rude to me I asked to have the table cleaned and she had a major attitude....she slammed my drinks on th table.. I kept telling her thank you for everything which I was genuinely grateful for her..she completely ignored me. So yea rude Ghosts and rude service....thankgoodness for my...

I found rat POOP in my rolled tacos ! I LOVED this place but im very sorry , NEVER AGAIN 😭🤮🤮🤮🤮 EDIT ; went back asked for my refund for my to go order and I was rejected very badly the cook Jesus was extremely rude and yelling at me infront of everyone, the one lady who was the eldest was so sweet and told me I could only get 20$ back for the tacos even if i took back MY whole order which I definitely lost my appetite to eat from there . The owner denied to speak to me on the phone. He needs to do BETTER ! Very unprofessional behavior and customer service. Sadly this El Paso hole in the wall iS OFF MY table . I definitely wont support this...
