My haircut was fantastic. The guy who only speaks Spanish did a great job. I really appreciate the other staff for translating and allowing me to get a great cut. The reason for two stars is because the cut was great but the rest of the experience was not the best. I booked via square through Google and chose no particular barber. This gave me a 16:30 appointment for my hair cut. I arrived at 16:25. One of the barbers (I did not get his name) was available and took my appointment. The cut was great. One of the best cuts I have received in years, like going before covid. My issue was paying. I did not have cash (not specified on the website) and I will not pay with zell (I'm not even going to apologize). I have cards, both debit and credit as well as google pay... Well, I was informed that this barber only takes zell or cash. Okay, I don't have that. So the gal (a different barber) was willing to take my payment (which I'm not sure made it to my barber). Thanks. The kicker was 4 hrs later when I received a cancellation for my appointment... I made my appointment and I was 5 minutes early. I did not miss it and did not cancel. Why did I receive this notice... Based on my experience I would not visit this establishment. The business practices do not seem ethical. I will try another place in the future. Very rude to start. I went for a fairly standard cut for a 30 year old male, I came with multiple pictures for examples. I was told it was a “bad hair cut” but she would do it anyway, this all mind you was after I was in the chair but had shown her the pictures while standing and waiting for her to get her station prepped. Blades must have been dull, my head hurt from the hairs being pulled before they were cut for days afterward. Cut turned out absolutely nothing like the photos. It looked like a sole patch on my head rather than anything resembling a disconnected fade. Go to any chain you’ll have a much better expertise and cut. This place ruined my husband's beard. He came in to this place for the first time for a basic haircut. After finishing his haircut (which looks nice in general, but he was given a fade, which he did not ask for), the person asked if he wanted her to "clean up" his beard. He agreed because it sounded simple. They massacred my poor boy 😭 Shaved his sideburns, mutilated his mustache, and shaved on his chin that made it look like a chin strap. It was bad enough that he had to shave his entire face when he got home. RIP...
