I called for a half a cord of firewood delivered to my home. I was offered "premium red oak" for $200 for a half a cord. That was the only option I was offered. They delivered that day and when I got home I was disappointed to see a lot of pieces of scrap and crazy half split pieces of wood mixed in with the pile. Some pieces were so small and thin I just hacked them up for kindling and other pieces were so big and poorly split they wouldn't even fit in my above average size wood stove. Also the wood was wet, every single piece sizzles, oozes out moisture and rolls white smoke. It was not seasoned or dry. Normally I would not really care, it's all gonna burn one way or another. However if you are only going to offer me your "premium" firewood for top dollar. I better not be getting a saw out to make it fit in my stove, I shouldn't have to rake 10lbs of ratty scrapy junk up from where you dumped it and it sure as heck better be dry! The process was easy and convenient and they delivered same day, the product however left a lot to desire. I will not be ordering firewood from here again, not...

Shed buyer beware!!

I worked with the owner to order a custom shed which was paid for upfront and she in turn selected a vendor who had experience building this particular structure. A shed that was supposed to ours arrived about 5 weeks after the order was placed, and the structure was incorrect. The shed was reordered and supposed to be expedited, however it took another 4 weeks to be delivered and that one that ended up having to be fixed at my property because it was initially incorrect.

When I asked the owner to refund a portion of the money, she hid behind her contract which says no refunds, as well as the builder saying that it was the builders fault and the builder owed me the refund. Builder says that they don't deal with the final customer and I need to go through her. So after waiting 9 weeks for a shed, Stafford's isn't making it right.

Would never recommend. Worst experience ever. I ordered a shed end of May and was told 4-6 weeks. I called to ask for an ETA around the 7th or 8th week and was told they are behind schedule but promise me it's in production. After the 10th week I contact them again but they ghost me. I decided to stop in the store and eventually get a response that my shed hadn't even BEGUN production! No apology was given, just excuses. When my shed was finally delivered, no one inspected the delivery site and there were damages to my shed as well as my shed teeter tottering over my shed pad. I was very upset and was just told by the horrible woman in charge, "well we delivered it, didn't we?" They have yet to fix damages or make amends to anything. Instead, she wanted ME to pay her more and MAYBE she'll fix it. I kid you not. This is a horrible lying corrupt bad company and I don't recommend anyone buying...
