Pho & Fresh Modern Viet Kitchen — Restaurant in Eldersburg

We got to be their first customers for their soft opening 9/21/2025. Having never had Vietnamese food we really didn't know what to expect. What a great experience. While the menu is limited, for now, the offerings were a glimpse into their flavorful cuisine. We ordered the Egg rolls (Cha Gio), Pho Bo Noodle soup and the Vermicelli bowl (Bun Bo Nuong Xa). The egg rolls were phenomenal. An absolute MUST! All the entrées were plentiful and delicious. The side dishes, especially the Sweet onions, are a great addition and add another layer of flavor to each dish. We love Ohio and when we found out we didn’t have to drive 40 minutes to get some authentic pho we were excited. Service was quick, food came out quick, and it was delicious! We had the beef pho and the pork egg rolls. The soup base was so tasty and what I loved most about it was it didn’t have the fat layer on top. What a great place! The food was excellent, especially the Vietnamese iced coffee - very rich and flavorful, and not overly sweet. The service was amazing despite them being very busy. Our server was friendly, attentive, and helpful. The decor was cute with a clean and natural atmosphere. Looking forward to coming back...
