Was told it would take a couple weeks to fix our van after we hit a deer. Theyve had it for 3 months and the only thing they have done is take off the front bumper, they just told me they havent even ordered all the parts. Everytime a police car or tribal vehicle comes in my rig gets pushed back even farther, I dropped of my van at the beginning of May. They just told me today(July 23rd) that it will be the end of August or beginning of September before they will complete it, go outta town to get your work done. This place is scandalous, they don't go by first come first serve. They recieved my full payment the day after they did the estimate took a month and a half before they took off the bumper. Then shoved my van back outside where its been sitting another month and a half. The headlights werent aimed, then we overheated. Turns out they didnt put any fluid in the radiator at all after they drained it. Called them and told them we were overheating and my radiator was dry, was told if I brought it back to them the next day they would fill it for me. So they didnt care they screwed up, and just left us sitting there with kids and an overheated vehicle. Now I have a blown head gasket from overheating. Never will do business with these liars again, suggest driving to any other shop. They will just screw you over here, its a bunch of children who dont know how to do anything but swap parts from wrecking yard vehicles onto your vehicle and charge your insurance for all new parts. They are friendly while they screw...

The communication of the owner / employees is lacking. They never answer the phone or return calls. I dropped a vehicle off that I did not really care how long it took, however I was constantly told that it would be ready and when I showed up was told to wait another week. All in all it took 3 weeks over the time they told me but the biggest issue was they would not tell me when my vehicle was done so I had to just show up and ask (since they don't pick up the phone).

I really wanted to support these guys since they are local and a family run place it seems. However after listening to the way the owner not only talked to me, but other customers as well. I would recommend you take your vehicle to Spokane...

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!! Great service, GREAT staff!! Ordered my windshield on Friday, installed on Monday...they gave me a ride home AND delivered the car!! Can't say enuf good things about these folks!! Can't beat the price, and it's so very rare these days to get such wonderful & friendly customer service.
