I typically don't write reviews unless the experience was exceptional or my goal is to share a bad experience to save other fellow potential customers time or just simply being taken advantage of . Firstly, all the recent reviews are scripted and completely falsified. They all read the same and directly reference their name, and very recent, which is the first indication they paid for and/or fake review. Secondly, they advertise on marketplace as scratch and dent to give the impression these are slightly discounted appliances went in fact they're just picking up clearanced/discontinued models and close outs and are nowhere near competitive in their prices, selling outdated/ discontinued appliances for almost double the price. And when I shared my buyer perspective that the prices were not competitive, Sherri became extremely defensive calling me 'ugly' and that the advantage was that they had them in stock and no one else does. When comparatively, you can get a far better model/ features with true a manufacturer's warranty at any Home Depot/Lowe's store etc and are in fact in stock at 2/3 of the price. This couple is preying on people who cannot get financing so they are grossly overcharging the appliances because what they are selling are overpriced, out of date appliances but 'financing' for people who are in a bind. Saw them on FB marketplace and reached out. Shari answered immediately and was very nice. We set up an appointment to meet them at their warehouse, which was very close to where we live, near Sandhill Mall. We just got a new home and needed a few appliances delivered and installed. We met Jim at our appointment and he was very easy going and accommodating! We were pricing around at all the big box stores for delivery, and it would have taken weeks to get everything we needed because of items not in stock or backordered, and the dishwasher they said we need a plumber to install! With Jim, what you see is what you get! We got to pick out exactly what we wanted, he gave us a great deal, and we had everything delivered and installed, including the dishwasher, THE NEXT DAY! Sherry and Jim, the owners, were great! They were funny, straight forward, and cared for our needs in a very friendly way!! We got an incredible washer and dryer from here — basically good as new! We got the set for a great deal as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience there. Just keep in mind you have to make an appointment so be sure to call ahead! They took us 20 minutes after we called so appointments are super easy to make. They let us test the dryer there too which was great! We’re so excited to use them today!
