Horrible quality furniture. I bought a brand new living room set from here and have had issues w multiple faulty pieces to our love seat. I called about manufactured warranty and replacement/repair because I have not had the loveseat for a year. (About 6 months before the issue started). The side support is loose/wobbly and leans. The support under the foot recliner is particle board and literally broke in half.
They sent a lady from the office to my home to take pictures. I gave her detailed instructions and the address. She texted to ask what the street name and trailer number we lived in was… We do not leave in a trailer or even near a trailer park and they had my address on file. After arriving she took some photos and left without giving any update or plan of action. I waited a few days and called back, she did not take all the photos she needed and asked me for pictures of the serial number. I had my sons send them to her immediately. Fast forward again several more days (almost a week) I called again because I never heard back, never got a plan of action, and wanted an update. The lady was RUDE blamed me for the equipment malfunction. Stating that apparently in the fine print your warranty on your recliners can be VOIDED if the furniture is not a MINIMUM of 6 foot from any wall!!! That’s is ludicrous itself. So be sure to read that fine print or if you’ve already purchased make sure if you have issues you set your furniture in the middle of an empty room before they come to look at it. The parts broke on my recliner do not even touch a wall nor is the functionality of my couch compromised but it’s daily function in the location it is in.
I asked to speak w her manager, the manger was gaslighting me and speaking to me in a condescending manner. She stated they had ONLY messaged the manufacturer about one of the issues (recliner foot support bar) because they “didn’t understand what the other problem was”. They even further asked for me to come to the store to show them what part is broke on a floor model. The tried to lecture me on the process they have to take for replacement when I told them if they didn’t understand and it’s a lengthy process they should have been sure to include all details to begin w she back tracked from her original statement.
As of now, no solution has been made, I spent a good amount of money on furniture that HAS NOT shown to have the durability to even last 6 months. I took a videos of defective areas and sent them and am waiting for a manufacturer review to see if it will get repaired.
The worst part if you listen to the call waiting recording while on hold…you’ll find this location does not live up to even one of the businesses core values you’ll hear on repeat over and over again. Poor customer service, Poor Quality, and if we want to go back to my original purchase agreement… my delivery was also not on time and we had removed the old furniture already for the new delivery. Ed let me know the gentlemen would put together the lawnmower I ordered. The men refused. I had my dad put it together. The lawnmower does not work at all. Had someone else take a look at it. Still doesn’t work. Contacted the store multiple times and still have not heard from the manager and they fail to return phones calls. I believe the woman I spoke to on the phone was named Dana. They would like for me to take a BRAND NEW lawnmower to be serviced. (NEVER USED) I told her I would like a refund or a replacement. New equipment should not need servicing. They don't give you a time. Waited all day today. 3 phone calls to the store. Given an excuse each time. I was told they would call when 30 minutes prior Delivery. No phone call. Called at 4:15 pm. I was told they were there at the store and on their way. Called at 4:45 pm. Still not here Spoke to manager. Was told "because they just open they are still working things out.
