I've ordered from Papa John's quite a bit. However, after the service I have today, I will never order from them again. They were very unprofessional & rude. I ordered online. I ordered a 20 oz with my wings and cheese sticks. They called and said they were out of 20 oz, so I asked for a 2L (only a $0.50 difference) They said they would have to charge me for 2 garlic sauces. They delivery driver gets here & she tells me I owe a $1. I go upstairs & get my wallet. She then laughs at me because I only have $20s. I thought it was being charged to my card.
