Terrible service. I initially sent an email requesting service for my mother. I have all the details, got a confirmation email back, but no one called her. I called them the next day, spoke told a rep who took all my information down and was told they'd send someone out. Per my mom, they called as asked her if she wanted it repaired that day. She said she needed a price first (their website offered free estimates). He told her he'd call back and never did. So here I Am trying to find services for my mom. Did I mention I live in Florida and she lives in Irvington. So now I am forced to continue to look for a reliable...

My shower was backed up and not able to be used. I called Rich’s and came out promptly. Not only was the office staff very professional. The technician was very professional and nice as well, he cleaned up afterwards and gave me recommendations as for it not to happen again. I will definitely be using their services and recommending them to everyone I know....
