No ethics. I have known of this company for years and heard good things about them. I decided to let them embroider my company logo on our Christmas presents to our employees(22 coats). I took them a sample coat and logo and was given a price and proof. I supplied the coats and they would add two logos. I agreed to the price, no haggle. They were prompt to complete the work and within a few days I went and picked up the coats. I looked at the top coat and was satisfied, it looked just as ordered. I paid for the coats, loaded them and left. Nothing was mentioned about any error or mistake. When I got the office and started sorting the coats I first noticed that some of the sleeve logos were on the wrong sleeve. I then noticed that one of the logos had been messed up, tried to be removed and then reapplied through the first try. It looks horrible and they tore holes in the coat trying to remove the first attempt. I called the owner to talk to her about what had happened and I was told that is a chance I take and she could not do anything about it. I asked why I was not told about it and she said she knew about it but forgot. She said that she felt it was 'good enough for a work coat'. Well it's my company logo that's being displayed to the world and that's why I'm writing this review. At the very least she should not have charged me for their mistake, but I received no compensation and am left with a messed up coat.

I was looking for a very specific and detailed print item for my small hobby/business. I checked with a couple local print shops that either didn’t do what I was looking for or simply didn’t understand what I was needing. Thankfully I found Anita at Doe Valley Printing in Elizabethton, TN. She took the time to try and understand what I was trying to accomplish and she was up to the task. We reasoned with my logo and she helped me figure out what would look the best for my needs. She made my order in a very fast time and the finished product was beautifully done on a very delicate fabric. I also embarked on Doe Valley to print some work shirts for my main business and once again I was well pleased. I highly recommended Anita and her staff for any printing needs. I look forward to continuing our printing needs...

Outstanding experience all the way around! From the initial conversation of what we wanted, to the time spent in the office working out the layout, to the turn around time of final product. It was all a wonderful experience start to finish. Super fast, I mean like a week turn around time for me to have my fairly large order in hand, the order was spot on correct, and the quality of the shirts and print job was the best out of all the shops I used over the years. If you want a print job done right the first time, fast, using quality products, this is your place! Thank you all so much. Will be back to place...
