This business is sorry but they won’t admit they’re sorry when they make a mistake. Instead they like to blame the problem on the customer. This small business treats you like a corporation would, as though you’re a number and as though your business is not important. I supplemental feed deer year round so I spend a lot of money on deer feed. Not once has a custom order been filled by this business correctly. The 1st time they messed up, they were supposed to have an order completed on a certain date and time and they hadn’t even started to fill the order when I went to pick it up. The 2nd time they mistakenly mixed cottonseed hulls in deer feed, which cottonseed can temporarily make bucks sterile. If you have livestock I wouldn’t use this place because yours may end up sick or dead from their careless mistakes. The 3rd time I picked up a custom order and they gave me one bag that had approximately 20 lbs of feed in a 50 pound bag. This 4th and final time I gave them an entire week to complete a custom order. I went to pick it up and none of the bags had been mixed, as I had asked for during ordering. I ended up making a 40 minute round-trip there today for no reason as it turned out. After returning home, I called and spoke to Matthew, the guy who took my order a week ago, and he blamed the mistake on me saying I didn’t say I want I wanted it mixed. I said the word mix several times during the ordering process. The problem is he didn’t listen. During the call, I asked if he would give me a deal for my pointless 40 minute round trip and he told me he should charge me more since I wanted the feed mixed. I told him I would return for a refund and write a review. His response, “Okay. Perfect!” You see, even a customer that had planned on buying 3 pallets of feed per month is not important to them. I’m generally a loyal customer and support small businesses as I run one myself, but they have made mistakes on 4/4 chances and each time they made poor excuses and blaming a mistake on a customer is the biggest mistake of all.
