The service was great and very professional,but,the receptionist that came out to my vehicle to get me to fill out paperwork was very rude to me because I told her that I could not fill it out.i told her I couldn't see to fill it out,and,she said,well,you drove here.you should be able to see.then,she said I'm going in and telling them that you don't want to fill paperwork out.i said that's not true.i can't see to fill it out.when she went in,I almost left.i didn't know what to do.i felt terrible,almost as if I did something wrong,even though I didnt.you almost lost me as a customer.but,when she came out,she said she would read off questions to me I was very upset still,but,got through the questions.she did apologize to me several times,and said she was sorry for the misunderstanding.if you work at an eye doctors office,and a patient says they can't see,they are telling the truth.thats why they are there.to be able to see.i know it was a big misunderstanding.im over it.i will be back.the staff are awesome.thank you.i don't want anyone to get in trouble...
Read moreI cannot say enough good things about our experience here yesterday! I had appointments for my 4 and 6 year olds. First time for both of them. My four year old has speech delays and gets very nervous with new things so I was nervous about how he’d do. But! Every single person in this office was so kind, understanding, patient, and just wonderful! They didn’t push either of my kiddos beyond their comfort levels, never lost patience, and truly went above and beyond to make it the best possible visit for all involved. They were able to do what they needed and my kiddos were entertained and comfortable the whole time. I also was late and a bit overwhelmed when I arrived, but they never made me feel guilty and only helped me and were kind and patient with me as well. We will never go any place else for our whole family’s eye care...
Read moreI called ECOWO after another local eye doctor told me they couldn’t get me in for over a month. ECOWO got me in the very next morning. After speaking with the staff and doctor, I felt very heard and understood about my concerns with having several autoimmune issues and how those and the associated medications were affecting my eye health. That’s one of my biggest things, feeling like a doctor is really understanding where I’m coming from and then explaining medically relevant things to me in a way I can understand them… Dr. Roberts did it beautifully. I’m also love that the eye scans are standard of care in their practice and not something you have to opt for the doctor to open. I’m going to switch my new husband to this practice too.
