This review is long over due, and I apologize to Alex Cortes for not recognizing him soon. Novak and Parker is the "Nordstrom" of home appliances, from the finest quality of home appliances to exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations, only to make their customers happy. Sorry it took so long to write this review as home renovations kept us busy for 6 months. I hope Alex gets the recognition he deserves, and more. Thank you Alex - for your support, and understanding my situation. I was in the process of buying a house November 2021 and knew I needed to update most appliances. I went to visit Novak and Parker the day after Thanksgiving for their cyber specials. I explained to Alex my situation that I could not purchase or open a line of credit and take advantage of the 0% financing for 24 months, as it would raise red flags with my lenders. I told him maybe next year (November 2022) or wait until each one goes on clearance. We closed on our home 12/21. I went back to Alex to see if prices were reduced further since it was almost Christmas, and they actually went up, however, Alex honored the cyber specials from November!!! What?! Who does that?! Not Best Buy, Abt, Home Depot, or any corporation would ever do this! Alex, good luck to you and keep up the good work! For the repair:. A bit on the expensive side but probably more or less in line with other repair options. I did not love that I couldn't specify if I wanted a morning, afternoon or late afternoon window for the repair person to arrive and that they only call you the day before to let you know. That is pretty inconvenient. On the plus side, once I got the repair window, they were able to tell me where I was on the schedule so that I would know if it was likely to be on the early or later side. The repair people are pleasant and seem to know their stuff. The service scheduling people on the phone are very nice and sympathetic.
For the purchase, I was just thrilled with the service. They matched the price to ABT and the install was cheaper. And, ABT had a 2+ week delivery time frame while Novak and Parker was able to deliver the next business day. Outstanding! Additionally, I explained that we really needed to be in the last delivery window of the day because I would be at work away from home, and my husband is a teacher and can't just step away from his Zoom classroom to answer the door or interrupt things to answer any questions from the installers.    Read moreI purchased a new condo in December of 2019 and it came with a beautiful new Zephyr beverage fridge. Unfortunately it was showing an error code and didn’t work, but my builder was working with Novak and Parker, so I was advised to reach out to them. A technician came out twice to replace parts, but still wasn’t operating. The third visit came with, what I was told, a brand new Zephyr beverage fridge, but I came across a Bud Light already in it, leading me to believe this was not brand new. It worked for three weeks before the alarm wouldn’t turn off and it displayed a brand new error code. I called Novak and Parker and decided to mention that I wasn’t sure this was brand new as there was already a beer in it when it was delivered, I was asked and told that it was probably mine. What? Anyways, Novak and Parker moved me to a different company, since then this new company has been to my home three times to exchange parts and after they left yesterday (the 7th visit, that I’ve had to take off work for each time!) an error code began not 30 minutes later. I’ve lived in my condo for 10 months and still do not have a working beverage fridge, I’ve been really graceful with time and patience.
