Sandra Moon Flowers went above and beyond to meet my vision for my wedding. From the colors that I wanted to the kind of flowers I had in mind. Sandra provided me suggestions and alternatives when it seemed some of my choices may not go well together. Her suggestions were greatly appreciated and suited my wedding theme even better. She worked hard to pull together a full proposal laying out all the services I required, the flowers and plants chosen, break down in pricing and even listed everyone in my bridal party and the flowers assigned to each individual. If changes were to be made Sandra made those changes promptly. A few days before my wedding I found it was going to rain and be quite hot out to do my outdoor wedding photos at a Gazebo I rented for the afternoon. I expressed my concerns to Sandra on one of our Zoom calls to go over the final details and she provided me with another idea that went over well with not only myself, but the groom and all our guests. We were able to utilize the Pipe and Drapes with twinkle lights for dancing and photo ops. Lastly Sandra's personal attention to my wedding day put me at ease. She schedules the whole day of the wedding just for you and no one us. When it was time to distribute the flowers to the bridal party, If flowers needed refreshing, our Moongate and Pipe and Drapes to be set up or even offering to help at the wedding Sandra and her assistant were such a great help. I highly recommend Sandra Moon Flowers for the personal attention and touch that she provides. I recently placed an order for my best friend’s grandfather’s funeral. Despite their website advertising same-day delivery and being assured that the flowers would arrive before their 7 PM closing time, the flowers were never delivered. This was for a significant and emotional occasion, and the lack of delivery left the family without the expected support on a tough day.

To make matters worse, I called the store multiple times to resolve the issue but received no answer and no return call, even after leaving a message. I am highly disappointed in their service and lack of communication.
