Kitchen & Bath CRATE was by far the BEST company I have ever worked with. From the beginning they were all polite and extremely helpful. I had the pleasure of Scott helping me with my in-home quote. I honestly was nervous because I thought the quote was going to be absurdly high. I thought this because of how detail oriented they were. Scott took the time to hear my vision, tell me the background of the company, he helped me pick out all my materials and fixtures in home, measured everything to ensure accuracy, he provided me with all the financing options, and told me the breakdown of the entire process and what would happen each day. One thing I want to add is how much I appreciate Scott and his team’s kindness, anytime I would speak, they would stop what they were doing and give me their full attention. This is a small detail but it is HUGE, it made me feel like I was heard and valued. I also had the pleasure of working with Brian who managed my project. Brian is AMAZING! He reached out immediately, sent me updates throughout the entire project, which included photos messages before the job started to show my materials were in, giving details of the crew that would be on site for the day and what time they would arrive, he checked in each day of the project to ensure everything was being done correctly, and he continued to follow up a couple weeks after the project was finished to see if there were any finishing touches that they needed to complete. Anytime I needed to reach out or ask a question, I received a response promptly with clear communication. Additionally, the entire team was so respectful of my home, they covered and protected the floors, they lined walls and doors in the construction areas with plastic to prevent dust flying everywhere, they cleaned up at the end of each day, and they all respected my dogs and even gave them pets and love. I also loved the project completion date guarantee and the $500 per day return if they went over their intended end date. They did not go over the project timeline, but I have never heard of another company having this business model. This added another level of how far above and beyond this company is of its competitors and how much respect they have for their customer. After the project is over, they do not forget you, they keep in touch and continue to value you as a customer for life. The even sent us delicious cookies. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Kitchen & Bath CRATE, I am so glad I stumbled upon them online, I will recommend them to everyone and look forward to using them for future projects....

We have new counter tops. newly painted walls and ceiling, new sink & garbage disposal, new backsplash, remodeled pass-thru area, new paint in an exciting color on all our wood cabinets, new overhead and under cabinet lighting, all new switches, and we could not be happier.

Kitchen & Bath CRATE did exactly what they told us they would do. Each person who worked in our home were expert in their specialty, they were courteous, quiet, on time, and each day cleaned up before leaving. The Project Manager communicated with us every day summarizing what was accomplished and what to expect the following day. He produced a written schedule before starting the the project and they kept to that schedule until the last day, when they finished a day early.

Starting this process was easy. First a Customer Relationship Manager came to our home and listened to what we wanted to achieve, and then furnished us with a detailed proposal. He then invited us to a show room where we were assisted by him and a certified licensed interior designer who walked us around to view all available products and color combinations that worked together to achieve the exact kitchen we had in mind.

Jake is very professional but with a warmth to his personality that made us feel very comfortable with selecting Kitchen & Bath Crate to be the company we went with for our kitchen remodel. Your business model is very impressive. The fact that you were able to give us a strict timeline and schedule each process down to the day did not cease to amaze us. You were also able to be flexible with us during this process as we did make a couple of changes after the original design had been put in place and construction was already moving forward.
