Horrible experience at this location today with employee that was represented as the manager named Julie. Signs were very clearly posted showing reading classes mix and match buy 2 for $9.99. When we attempted to purchase them we were told by the employees the manager Julie had told them not to sell them at that price ( so clearly this is an issue that had already occurred before).

We asked for the manager and lady named Julie came out. For starters she was extremely rude and she then stated the brand we had square shaped boxes in the picture which are 95% of the glasses out there and all closest to the signage would not be priced that way. When we pointed out the signage she said they had gotten new glasses in the previous day and they were not for the signed price... but they apparently knowing that still left the sign up.

Now legally they have to honor the signage unless there is a clearly indicated brand or model number which you can see there is not in the pictures I uploaded ( It even says at the bottom Mix and Match OK). She then said she would no honor it and turned her back and walked off into a room and closed the door. When my GF asked the cashier for her name they said she had told them not to give it to us. Luckily I heard it when they called her to come out front to speak with us at the start. They also refused to give us the name or contact information for her boss or the owner.

We have shopped her a number of times before always with good service. I am hoping the owner will see this post and respond to talk with me and stop this kind of treatment for other customers.

Follow up:

Nobody reached out I called the store and spoke to a manager who told me they weren't allowed to give out information for anyone higher up. They promised me a call back which never happened.

I guess they care absolutely nothing about how customers get treated really a shame. I will now post a complaint with the better business bureau is that seems the only way to resolve the bad treatment...

My friend and I just left this store. Wasnt sure what to except going in( 1st time in) I thought there were some pretty cool things pretty cheap,I got alot of clothes. Looked like alot of cosco items,opened items. Heres the issue.About 5 minutes into my Shopping I noticed a tweaker looking man behind me and continuing to follow me while shopping. I checked my purse made sure it was secured. Then after a while I figured he was security but wasnt to sure of that because he wasnt being discreet and looked trashy. I definitely noticed it off the bat due to line of work I'm in. I met up with my friend and she noticed it too, we both were not done shopping but decided to leave because of the weirdo. Not something you should be doing these day's especially when you're unaware of who you're following. When we checked out she called him out and he gave us some bs about waiting for his gf lol. This place is a joke. Watch out for there food my son got food Poisoning from there and I tried to tell them about there food they was very unprofessional and said that I way lieing and I showed them the receipt and they said that I faked that receipt but I don't how you faked a receipt. Buying there please watch what you are buying because please had returned a mattress had it had blood stains on it and they sold it that way to a different customer and I was there when they sold it. The guy who purchased it was very upset and they would take it back after they sold a bloody mattress to him.
