Human hair in food and manager was unapologetic
We purchased a twelve-pack of tacos. The first one I unwrapped contained a human hair poking out of it, although I wasn't completely certain of that until I had removed it. I took the offending hair to the side counter, waited for the employees to stop ignoring me, and then calmly informed one of my discovery and asked to speak with someone about it.
The person who ultimately appeared - whose role as manager or owner was unclear - was unambiguously irritated at my presence. She was not apologetic or conciliatory, and said nothing to acknowledge their collective mistake; throughout the entire terse exchange her demeanor was openly hostile. I was offered a refund or new tacos; when I chose the latter, she demanded the unconsumed part of the order - my compatriots had kept eating - and loudly directed an employee to make a new order, "but only eight because they ate four".
At the conclusion of this exchange, she criticized ME for not thinking to bring her the entire taco as I had...

I stopped by this Taco Bell (10:00a.m. June 23rd) for a quick breakfast and ordered the quesadilla combo. I immediately regretted not just going to McDonaldâs. The hash brown was clearly old and had been re-fried multiple times â it crumbled apart like brittle glass when I bit into it. Completely inedible. Thankfully, I was still in the parking lot and decided to return it.
The young woman at the window was fine, but the much older woman with glasses and a retainer (possibly a manager or lead ) inserted herself into the interaction unprompted and was unnecessarily rude. I record parts of my day for content and was filming myself, not any staff â yet she repeatedly insisted I ânot record herâ despite me CLEARLY stating she wasnât being filmed.
Itâs one thing to serve subpar food, but to double down with poor customer service is unacceptable. I ended up asking for a refund and tossing the rest of the food â none of it was fresh, and the experience left a bad taste in every way.

Read moreI ordered a Mexican Pizza from this Taco Bell and asked for no meat. I pulled forward and checked my order prior to leaving (as my order has been incorrect before) and there was meat in it. I drove back around and asked for it to be remade without meat. I was told to pull forward and after a few minutes given a bag with a new meal. The photo below is what I recieved and was not altered in any way. The complete disregard for quality is overt. I honestly do not know if they opened the pizza and scraped the meat out, or if a new one was made and purposefully made in this manner, but I ended up throwing it away. I understand that working at a fast food restaurant is not glamorous, however if you dislike what you do this much it may be time to move on. Luckily I stopped here while traveling through town, doo this isn't my local Taco Bell, but If I'm ever near there again I'm...
