I only wish I could rate these folks with negative numbers. That is what they deserve. I’ve been in the trucking business since 1981. In those 39 years I have NEVER encountered an organization as deceptive as Harrison. I bought a 3 year old used glider from them. They misrepresented the engine, claiming that it was pre 1999. The entire experience was horrible. The truck had issues upon my leaving the lot with it. They stood behind 0% of these problems. I would have traded back but they refused. Their answer was for me to purchase a new truck from them. Meanwhile I continued to have problems. If one of my trucks broke down in from of one of Harrison’s stores I would have it towed. Seriously. This is the most underhanded, dishonest, group of individuals I have EVER dealt with. Absolute bottom feeders. From upper management down. This narrative is unfortunately the short version.

Are you actually serious ?? Why would I remove the review ? Time hasn’t changed what happened. This underhanded interaction cost me plenty. Not once has anyone ever reached out to try and rectify any portion of this disaster. Two locations were involved, hence the two reviews. Mail me a check for 10 grand, that’s 35 less than what I lost on this deal. You have my address I’m sure. If not do a past business search on your customer base and key in sucker. I’ll come up.

I was having a right switch error on my Freightliner. I took it into the company & dropped it off. I was going on hometime. It was dropped on a Thursday afternoon. Was told they couldn't look at it til Friday because it was so late. I was totally ok with that. No issue. I get no call all day Friday from them. I finally called them before they closed. There acted as if they forgot about my truck to update me & just said they didn't find anything wrong. That's great. Went to pick it up & again was told they couldn't find the fault & didn't do anything else but look for it. Fast forward to Friday when I receive the bill from my company for $510 dollars!!! I was charged for 4.5 hrs of work & shop supplies. Seems to a lot of money for no work to be done. And it actually took you tech 4.5 hrs to look for a fault. I highly doubt that! And if you did not do any work to it, what shop supplies were used? I called the company & asked about the bill & price. I I was talked to like they didn't care. And they could not explain anything they did to check my truck or why it took 4.5 to find nothing.

This company will NEVER get my business again. Robbing hard working truckers of their money for work not done on...

I am a truck driver that had a load delivering in 2 areas of Iowa ( Cedar Rapids & Waterloo). I had experienced some problems with truck that weekend. Had it check out over weekend an also on Mon. and two shops couldn’t detect problem. I was referred in going to a Freightliner Shop by last shop due to me operating a 2022 Western Star. The nearest one was in Elk Run Heights. When arrived to Truck Center Company in Elk Run Heights, I was warmly greeted an ended having to stay the whole week. Everyday I was greeted and treated like part of the family all around and even in the lounge area which is kept very clean organized. The facility is very accommodate to drivers. Despite problems had with truck they made it durable for me to stay over night in truck until truck was 100% fixed. I highly recommend that if you are ever in area go to this company, cause they have outstanding service and treat you like family and also take pride in resolving issues with truck.
