I have purchased 3 mattress from them over the years. I have no complaints about their quality. I do not like the entrance. When you walk in there is no way to know how to proceed to the show room and the guys in the 2 offices in the entrance seem like they could care less that your standing there confused. I've had this happen every time I went there. The first time I went there I truly didn't know where to go. They each looked out of their office at me and just sat there! I finally stepped in further and noticed a room to the left that looked like a row of offices. I went in there and there is the showroom. There were at least 2 women in separate offices that seen me. Neither felt the need to get up and help me. When one finally did she didn't seem like she wanted to help me. The second and third time I went in to the business I paused in the lobby, even though I knew where to go, and sure enough no one got off their chair to come see what I was standing there for or if they could help me! The second time the girls were the same way. The third time the girl came right away and was fun to be around. Wanted to help me. Yes I would buy from them again. Great mattresses! Buy local!! When you go there just walk in and head to the left. Maybe they will have a sign stating the showroom is to the left and to head...

We bought a California King size mattress here many years ago that lasted us about 20 years! It had a hinged steel frame, which really helped get it through doorways as well as when rotating the mattress.

Fast forward to 2023 when we went back for a replacement, they advised that they now have only one CalKing frame option at the vendors they buy their frames from. It doesn't have the hinge in the frame, nor does it have any lumbar support or reinforcement in the middle.

They were asking $1060. for it, which is still a great deal, but we decided to opt for one at a different place with lumbar support. Sorry, Elkhart Bedding.... we really did want to buy it through you, but we wanted better quality.

Our mattress in our Semi was way too small. So i Ordered a New larger mattress a few weeks ago, removed a set of drawers and reconfigured room for a smaller fridge and microwave, to make room for a larger mattress. I Was told it would be ready about a week after Thanksgiving. I Called yesterday and was told probably another week. I stated "Its not a problem, we would manage until then." They called me this morning and told me that they were able to work our mattress in yesterday and got it finished. "YAY!!!" Wife picked it up, older gentleman helped her load it. I got home and put in the semi and it fit like a glove. Well Done Elkhart Bedding!
