I bought a washer and dryer from this man going on two years ago. The washer is now breaking down on me. He told me that there was only a warranty on my appliances for 30 days. And now I understand why a warranty would only be 30 days because he doesn't want to be held responsible or have to fix a machine that was already not top of the line or refurbished to begin with. I've talked to this man three times and he said that I could trade in other appliances to get another washer, and would she has lied because I went into his store to talk to him about it because he was ignoring my text messages I sent him pictures of the appliances I was willing to trade and he was extremely rude to me kept cutting me off while I was in the middle of talking about a possible trade-in he inch towards me in a very aggressive way and so did the lady that was standing there. He does not refurbish these appliances he fixes them to the point of just barely working to be able to sell them. I spent $350 on a washer and dryer with a guarantee from him that they would work for years to come. And he lied because now my washer is breaking down. He said I could buy another washer for the same price that I had already bought it for. He was not willing to give me good customer service he was extremely unprofessional and extremely very rude to me. He continuously cut me off while I was in the middle of talking and kept telling me that he wasn't going to deal with it which is extremely unprofessional. I will be contacting the higher business bureaus because I know that this man only has a building and not a license to do his business. The people of Elkhart have been ripped off for way too long by this man and I'm going to do something about it. Do not buy anything from this man he will promise you that his appliances are top of the line they work great but he is a liar. Now if he was a good businessman if he was true to his word if he had appliances that actually worked for longer than a year and a half then I would be on here with a review of a positive note. I'm warning you do not buy an appliance from this man. He gets his appliances off the side of the road takes them to his building rigs them to where they just barely work and sells them for hundreds of dollars that they are not worth. Tread carefully when doing business with this man I wouldn't even buy a microwave from him. People of Elkhart please listen to what I said. There are other businesses who do right by their customers when a product of theirs breaks down or doesn't work properly. Deal with somebody who will not be rude to you over the phone and who will not be aggressive and inch towards you while you're in his building. He was trying to intimidate me and so was the lady he was standing with. Final warning do not buy from this man he is a liar and doesn't care about his customers. And has zero customer service representative professionalism to him. He wants your money and doesn't care what happens to the product after it leaves his building. Even when...
