Unfortunately I did not research the reviews before going. Went for a simple screen change, phone worked perfectly fine and we receive a call that the phone over heats now and might have to reorder a new one. Almost two weeks later, not only did I not get a new one, but it was not the same type of phone I turned in, instead, a cheaper one. Went back and they said they will call to tell me what they'll do. After waiting all day I went walk, again, and they said it would be another week to order a new one once more. Now we have the new one and it won't connect to our service now. So phone is useless!! On top of it, they kept the perfectly good old phone to resale 😡Almost 4 weeks in and I don't even want to go back. I am very disappointed and I courage everyone to research before going there. They won't even look at you in the face when...

Took watch in to replace the glass face due to break in glass, otherwise watch working fine. Glass face was replaced, worked for a few days, then would not recharge. Called JYK, they told me to bring it in, had it for a few days, then told me it was corroded inside. They informed me it WASN’T corroded prior to replacing the face, then told me it corroded AFTER the face was replaced?! (My watch is water-resistant and I’ve had no issues with water until the glass face was replaced). Their response… “sometimes these watches are fine one day then ‘poof’ they get water inside and just don’t work”. They would not take responsibility. No apology. No remorse. Basically not their problem. Spent $120 for no reason. My watch wont even charge. Is useless. I do not recommend this business.
