Great Selection of every type of furniture... Amazing Customer Service... However it's not a simple purchase and deliver scenario...many items have to be delivered from Morgantown or further as the show room is just that...The delivery time was 3 weeks to many months (if they even were going to get it in as some things were unknown dates and unknown quantity of stock) .The items that would be cash and carry would also come as-is and without a warranty which is a shame...It's a good place if you are not interested in getting something quickly. Initially went in with family with the intention to purchase a bedroom suit and couch and loveseat and entertainment center for out new home...I would definitely go again and consider purchase, but it would be on items I am not pressed to get quickly or things like home decor (ie; lamps, mirrors, art etc) which I can...

I went into there today looking to buy a mattress but these pillows caught my eyes. Looked really comfy felt comfy. Sign said 50% off and open displays 75% off. I was super excited. The sales lady comes over and I ask about the pillows. There was one outta the box. I said is this 75% off. She then rudely states no Bc they don’t do the open ones. I’m like but it’s open and it’s here on your sign. She said they don’t go by that and wouldn’t sell it to me Bc she couldn’t make a price in the system. I instantly just could not believe on she got so rude and basically they aren’t doing what’s on the sign. Now mine you it’s a holiday and I’m here to buy. She then gsays something smart and I walk out never to shop here again. Even though I wanted to buy a mattress but I guess she’s too good...

Updating my review: We returned to Star Furniture of Elkins to look for a new bed. Jeremiah was wonderful. He helped us but also gave us space to make our decision. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. One more great experience in this store! Also, thanks to Denny for the pillow and advice. A great crew. ❤️ Looking forward to a better nights sleep soon.
