My mom went in to see about the Cool Sculpting that they offer. Because she is overweight and very self conscious, my Dad waited in the car. She was talked into signing a contract and they charged her over $6000 for eight hours of same day service. She stopped services after that because it hurt her so badly. She was in the early stages of dementia and doesnt even remember going in. After three years, my Dad finally told me the story and I was irate that they would take advantage of a Senior Citizen like they did. I went in to talk to them about it and "Dr. Jim" got extremely defensive and downright rude that I would question his $125,000 machine. Shame on the owners for doing this to my Mom. I will NEVER go back and I will make a point for everyone to know the truth about this scam.

After investigating more and knowing some people who worked there, I was even more appalled to hear how they conduct business. They talk smack about every client that is in the books for that day and they are told to up-sell and make sure the patient makes a follow up appointment before they leave, to assure they come back. My kids and myself have been going here for the last nine months or so and absolutely love the team. Doc has helped decrease and almost eliminate my constant headaches. My son 7yo) used to get horrible stomach aches and with consistent adjustments he no longer gets them!

I have also seen Crystal for EmSculpt, EmTone and Emsella. I can’t say enough good things about these services. After two kids my loose belly skin was pretty bad (IMO) and after only three sessions of EmTone it looked like before kids!

I’m now doing the Emsella for my bladder incontinence (thanks kids for that as well). I just finish my sixth session but noticed a huge difference after just four sessions when we went camping and I would “have to” hold it until we got to a flushing restroom instead of the latrine. Previously I wouldn’t have been able to hold it and walk 🙈 Not only was I able to hold it but I had no leakage the whole time camping! Also, no leakage when sneezing now!

They’ve understood how important my health and feeling better is to me and has done nothing but worked hard to get me where I need to be, but also not pushing things so I can heal and STAY healed. They’ve helped me so much to have amazing days that now I notice a huge difference when my neck and back are out.
