Farmers Insurance - Timothy Sadusky — Local services in Elko New Market

I have been with Tim's agency for 3.5 years now. I was with various other agencies and providers before that. I always disliked the impersonal experience with other agencies/providers and I switched fairly often to combat this. I have a ton of questions when it comes to finding and maintaining an insurance policy for my specific needs and I couldn't find enough answers before: Why did rates go up this period? Why are my friend's/family's auto policy rates much lower than mine? What do I do about insuring a very rare vehicle? I desire to be an informed policy holder above all else: there is so much more to being satisfied with an agency than getting low rates and ample coverage. This is where Tim stepped in for me:

Tim is very personable and very knowledgeable in the business. He has been willing to go to bat for me during two major auto claims (one that was very unique and dynamic), other minor claims, finding gaps in coverage in either home or auto, or even to find a discount here and there. I also like how Tim is willing and able to answer the tough questions when it comes to explaining the inner workings of insurance in general and within Farmers itself with my policy. This is key for someone like me who desires a personalized and informed experience with an insurance provider and agency. I've worked with several insurance agents over the years and I have to say, Tim stands above the others. I have home and auto insurance through him and his agency. He is able to explain things in an easy-to-understand manner which is incredibly helpful in making a good decision. Tim sadusky is one of the best insurance agents I have known. I think I met Tim when he first became an agent many years ago. Tim is very knowledgeable with all coverages. He will take his time to explain all coverages. He will sale only what you need. If for some reason he can not help. Which would be very rare he will give you an honest opinion. When it comes time and you have a claim to file he will be there to help out. I know one if Tim's customers, they had a very large tree in their yard that got struck by lightening. Tim and his son were out their early morning helping with the clean up. There are not many agents that will go that extra mile. With an insurance background I have worked with many agents.
