Ny Nails Salon — Local services in Elkton

I wanted to love this place but the experience here literally ruined my whole day and felt like I was not welcomed here! I went here for a pedicure and was given half a pedicure and charged $80. The nail tech acted confused and only conversed with other customers in a friendly manner and not me. She acted like she really didn’t know how to do a pedicure. I watched other nail tech do pedicures for other customers right next to me and they did the full service. I got a little bit of water on my feet and a little bit of soap on my leg she barely touched my cuticles and that was it I felt cheated. The vibe also was very unwelcoming I watched several other customers come in and get a very friendly welcoming vibe here and I felt like I was overcharged because she really didn’t want business. The service that she provided for me is maybe worth $50 and I’m willing to spend a lot of money on my nails and feet for quality service, but for the service that I got here it just was not worth $80. I will not be back. I was a walk in for a pedicure. If you could not have fit me in then you should have said something. I would have understood. From the time I sat down the lady started huffing and puffing and said that I am long overdue. She then disappeared for 30 minutes. I understood because I was a walk in. A different lady then arrived to finish up and tells me next time I need to make an appointment. I should have walked out. There will not be a next time. I felt unwelcome and a bit insulted....

Took advantage of a teenager, charged her $70 for a full set. (A poorly done, wide, thick, with streaky paint full set) When I questioned the price a member of the staff was terribly rude, one girl laughed in my face and told me if I knew what quality was I would understand the price.
