I recently had the pleasure of dining at this wonderful Chinese restaurant, and I am thoroughly impressed by the level of service and attention to detail they provide. From the moment I entered, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who made sure my experience was seamless and enjoyable. Short story: The menu is old, the staff is rude, and the food is excellent. It has been a long time since I have had pork lo mein that has well cooked and flavorful vegetables and large identifiable chunks of pork in it. Long story: The menu board is the old black with yellow writing and pictures. I always try to tip cash despite how I am paying for my food. The woman at the register watched me the entire time I was completing my credit card slip and became even more short when I scratched out the tip line and wrote the total for the food only. She took the receipt and called back my order as I tipped in cash upfront. When delivering my food she made it a point not to put utensils, soy sauce or napkins in my bag. However the spicy shredded beef and pork lo mein was on point. I will be going back, the customer service is lacking but what I paid for...

The food is DELICIOUS… However I have never been more disappointed in a businesses customer service. Every single time I call in an order I wait an extra 10-15 minutes longer than originally told. I watched someone walk in order and walk out before my food was ready. If this was the first time I would not be writing this but sadly it is not even my second experience like this. Last visit they never even received my order and I had to wait for them to make it, even though I had placed the order 40 minutes prior. Was told it was bc of they missed the phone call from an online order they never receive it. I always come in with my 2 young children and try hard to be patient but the patience is gone.
