I actually have been going here for awhile , using Melissa #8. And I loved it there I even drove 35 minutes away. The last time I went , as I always do I call a week ahead for my appointment,but this time I had to use another girl because she was doing a pedi. Regardless of requesting #8 I didn’t complain since I wasn’t getting a design today. My mistake ! This was a simple powder removal and French mani. I have real nails , that are very long. So I have invested a lot of time and money into them. Point to this is that night My nails began to crack and break off some into the pink. I called the next day to tell the gentleman what was happening, he passed the phone to the lady who did my nails. She was very apologetic, and said to come right in she’ll will fix for me. So I did ... I never thought I would be verbally attacked and questioned over and over as she got louder that I was at fault my nails are real and began to touch my arm over and over until told her very loudly to back up stop arguing with me and please do not touch me again. I even looked at the gentleman and asked why is she talking to me this way? I talked to the gentleman, I made my appointments with him he acted as if he forgot me , but we had a deep convo about fishing just yesterday, He said nothing. She sat down and then came back to say again how she was right and I am wrong , that she will fix for another $25. Which I said ok. She continued her rant trying to convince I assume the gentleman how she didn’t mean to mess them up. I was yelled at , touched and told to pay more and spoken to not as a customer that’s been coming here! This was a horrible experience and I will be reporting...

I NEVER write reviews, but I have come to valley nails multiple times over the years. The quality of the acrylic sets that they produce is rather good/ mediocre for the most, but the customer service is absolutely terrible. When I was a regular customer a year ago I would go to one specific lady to do my nails. While they came out looking quite nice most of the time, every time I went I was cut by her electric file and my finger would begin to bleed. Never did she acknowledge this or apologize. Also, when being put with other employees, I found they would become rude and have an attitude with me for simple requests I made. Today in particular, I returned to get a full set done. I sat with a man who I had never seen before, but my nails looked very good within the first half an hour of my appointment. I was really happy ( as I am picky with how my nails are done) that they were up to my expectations and I was willing to tip $15-$20! As time went on I would make requests like can you please make my nails shorter, can I see other shades of the color I want etc. However, I would always be polite and apologize for any inconvenience. It wasn't until one request I made about the design I wanted made the man doing my nails raise his voice at me. He was rude and aggressive and continued to have an attitude with me even after I had reluctantly tipped him for his service. Will not going to go back. I tried to call and confirm that the place has availability for the next half an hour. The man that answered the phone couldn't understand that I have 2 girls that are ten years old and they want dezine on their nails. He gave the phone to other girl. Her accent was so strong I was not able to understand the total cost to get all done. When we got there I was very disappointed how dirty the table and wrist rest pillow was. It looked like they haven't cleaned the place in weeks. Also seating is so tight u can touch person next to you with your elbow. I brought my own nail polish for myself. The lady that did my nails didnt use new tools. She worked on 2 tablets side by side and just transfered the cuticle clippers from the other desk. Now when you take your kids to have something like this done, it's like a treat for them. Plus we had a birthday girl to join the experience. Girls didn't have a chance to sit together. My daughter had a picture with the exact example of what she wanted. She was not offered to get any jewelry even though u can clearly see it in the pic. Her friend wanted the same thing but in different colors. They completely missed the dezine and had to redo it. The are no pricing displays. The girls in front of me were in shock to get the same price even though they had different work done. At the end of it it was cheap compared to other places, but I don't know if I got the steady rate. It was not worth my time and the girls were...
