I came to this pinkberry location last night as I was excited to have a frozen yogurt place closer to me. I arrived around 8:45pm and the lights in the back of the store were off, making the store appear to be closed. The girl working didn’t even say hello when I walked in. I also found the flavors could have been more clearly posted. Overall not the best...

I drove 50 miles to taste my favorite flavor, TART PLAIN. The clerk said the team the night before, forgot to prepare the machine. They only had two flavors available.
