No one up front and waited a bit even though guys in back saw me no one came out front. I tried going in back and asked for inspection. They ignored me completely till I repeated myself several times. They said I'd have to wait till current inspection was done very rudely and impatient with having to pause to talk to me. I'd called several places looking for tires when I reached Terry. I knew right away that this guy knew what he was talking about. He got my tires in very quickly and they were installed and we drove out. Sadly a smooth transaction is rare in business today.
