I was wondering why I’d been having such poor experiences over the last few months going here and once the “grand re-opening” was announced it finally clicked - new ownership.

This used to be the place you would go to accept paying slightly more for the outstanding customer service, not anymore. The new ownership has this place overwhelmed and overstaffed with undertrained employees already. I’ve had an issue trying to buy Stihl equipment for months over multiple visits and somehow managed to dumbfound multiple managers in the process. I’ve had employees outright tell me they can’t help me with my problem or tell me to go online to order it. Pretty telling for a so called “Stihl dealer” where I’m supposed to go for expertise.

The prices are already too high, but now there’s no way to justify going into this place for even specialty items. I’ll be making the trek elsewhere. It’s really a shame, this...
