Blown away by the terrible service I received from the sales guy Steve Hokanson. I came in to look at a used vehicle on their lot. I liked it and when it came time to sit down and talk final price I asked about trading in my current truck (Which he had not looked closely at or asked about. He only saw me drive in) Steve didn’t say no... he didn’t make me a low offer... he legitimately laughed out loud at me and said “I mean I could take it off your hands” It is not the nicest truck ever and a no would have been fine. But being laughed at for my current truck For what I assume was the rust on the rockers made me realize I wasn’t at a good dealership. I was at the typical run of the mill give us your money dealer. Very knowledgeable sales and friendly. Only thing was is that I left with less than 1/4 tank of fuel. Not sure if ellsworth fills your tank for saying thanks or not but I do know other dealers do. Other than that, good experience

I just received a phone call from elsworth ford and they are making it right. For them to reach out and make it right, (in which i understand that sometimes people get busy and stuff slips) they are a top notch dealership and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again or send someone I know to them.

Everyone here goes out of there way to make sure we are taken care of just like we are FAMILY. Stephen is the best we have had when we are looking at purchasing a car/truck. He goes out of his way and over and way beyond what is expected of him when you are looking for anything on or off the lot. Bruce and Tracy are the best parts and service guys we know. They are always ready for the challenge of figuring out/looking up stuff and very accommodating when issues arise.
