Very disappointed with my experience with Victory Fireworks! I understand they have rules and policies in place if you don’t make it for your appointment. I was told because I missed my first appointment I’d have until a certain date to get them. I tried to reschedule them for a date before that and because of unforeseen circumstances I wasn’t able to get them. My order was cancelled within 10 mins of them closing after my second appointment. I’ll admit to this being my fault. While I understand there are rules, it would’ve been nice to know if you miss your appointment twice that your order would be cancelled. Customer service acted as if I never communicated with them, when I responded by email. I tried to ask about paying for the order immediately after cancellation, no dice! They were rude about it as well. Which I can understand, but being blindsided without getting my order at all is frustrating. All I want to say is that it would’ve been nice to know this policy before my order was cancelled prematurely.
Response to owner:
Ok, I misread the email and was thinking it had to be picked up by 6/30, my mistake. I realize why it’s detrimental to businesses, but I offered to pay for the product immediately after I was told it was going to be cancelled and nobody wanted to collect payment. Upon checking out when I first placed my order, it didn’t want to charge me. If I would’ve paid and not came for the product that would be my loss. I realize I didn’t contact you to let you know I wasn’t coming on either date and I’ve acknowledged that to be on my end. My order was cancelled on Sat by the way, not 5pm! All I am trying to say is I wish I had warning before my order was going to be cancelled after my second failed appointment. I realize why it was cancelled, but you should make your customers aware of this policy about second appointments...
Read moreMy dad has been buying fireworks from here for years and we have always been happy with everything (customer service, quality, price, etc.). He recently purchased 29 cases for our annual 4th of July celebration with family, when the truck came my uncle and the driver unloaded the order. By the time my Dad got there it was all unloaded and they started loading it into the truck, when they counted the cases 1 was missing. My Dad then called right then and spoke to someone (I won't mention the name out of respect) they told him they would check into it but as of now there wasn't anything they could do about it because the driver did not mark any as missing but once he looked into it he would get back to my Dad. He never called back, so my Dad called him again yesterday and the guy said there was no proof or documentation that one was missing so he couldn't do anything. In the amount of years we have been customers (at least 6 years) we have never once had an issue so I'm highly disappointed in the way this was handled. Our family has spent thousands with this company and for the guy to say he couldn't do anything is ridiculous. One case vs the hundreds we have purchased over the years is nothing! And why would we make a fuss over 1 case after we spent thousands with your company?Wouldn't you think that you would try to make things right?! The thing about this whole situation is that they were pretty much calling my dad a liar, anyone who knows him knows he is far from that. Do better Victory! I'm very disappointed in this company and I will encourage future buyers to double check your delivery driver before they leave, don't trust that they are doing...
Read moreThis was the first year we bought wholesale. I spent a little more than we do on average in going to a retail location. I am used to filling up the back our our SUV and thought ah this would fit... Yeah I was wrong. There were 3 pallets. We fit maybe an 8th of our order in our SUV and have to come back for the rest. The guy next to me had the same issue it looked like. The people there were super nice and they have no issue holding the rest of our order until next weekend when we can pick up the rest with a trailer. It seems that tends to happen and I am not the only one . They were all super friendly and helpful. The prices are amazing and is worth the drive! We defiantly know for next year. We used their website to pre order everything and I feel that made it a lot quicker. Seeing that some items do sell fast, it may be a good idea that you order early in April/May. If this is the first time you are buying wholesale and you are spending some coin, you may want to rent a trailer and know that you will be getting about 10X more than you are used to getting depending on where you go. Instead of buying 1 for $25 you are buying the whole case, its pretty clear on the site but I did not comprehend that completely. Its a lot better going this direction if you are spending a couple grand than going retail hands down. We will defiantly be back and will be more...
