Beware! All past interactions with Walter’s have been pleasant until today. They installed my entire system about 10 years ago. When the original thermostat failed 14 months ago they installed another very nice communicating thermostat at a cost well over $1,000. It wasn’t working today so I called the installer hoping it would be covered under warranty. I felt the representative was snarky and rude. I called elsewhere for a second opinion and they diagnosed it over the phone as a heating element. Got it fixed by the second place for $125. Not sure if W.E. is just terrible at their job or scammers but don't recommend...
