Edit December 2024: I had had it with that. 11. 6 inch Chromebook screen so I went online to PCS and bought a bigger Chromebook. It's a Lenovo with a 15.6 in screen and it's a whole lot easier to read. I don't need to hook up another HDMI monitor to it and the Android on the Lenovo is newer and the computer is more responsive. Once again, IMHO, there's no point in spending $500-$1000 on a Chromebook that's going to be obsolete within 2 to 3 years. I'd rather spend my 💰 at PCS, and get a completely functional computer for under $100.

My Chromebook power supply died. Weston plugged it in and charged it yesterday, only to find that when I came in to pick it up today, the Chromebook was dead and unable to start.

I Need my computer to pay my bills and run the budget! So, Weston at PCS hooked me up. I got another 11.6" Chromebook and a large HDMI monitor to go with it for under $200

I'm financially solvent again! 💰💻😁 Friendly, professional and really helpful. Once again, I found everything I needed at PCS Computers at a price that didn't break the 🏧 Weston also safely recycled my old laptop free of charge.

Picked up a 2nd HDMI monitor 🖥️ for work at PCS today. 24", has a lazy Susan base for R-L adjustability, and worked perfectly when I hooked it up to my computer. Friendly, personable staff and I saved at least $80.00 over retail for a nice monitor. Didn't have to wait for shipping either! I ordered laptop from them. When it arrived right out of the box the mouse pad button was not working properly as the fan made a rubbing noise. I contacted the company and informed them. They instructed me to pay myself to send it back for repair, store credit, or refund. Something as simple as a mousepad should have never left the shop not working as I noticed it 30 seconds after I received it. I pick another laptop and I was told if it is still here when yours gets here. Of course when my laptop got there it was no longer available. I was told they don't hold anything for anyone period. I asked for a refund and was told there would be a 20% restocked fee to restock the broke laptop I had to pay to ship back. Please do not trust this company they only care about themselves and their customer service is terrible. There policies are only to protect them. This place is great beyond words. Their customer service is the best I have ever had in my life. And I am old. Their prices are really low. I know nothing about computers. My computer is 20 years old no more up grades. So I went to get a new one. Took pictures of the old one. They explained that things had changed and I had to get a new key board because the plug in was different now. So I did not have to run home then come back and say this does not work. I got everything I needed for way under $200.00 . Great place to buy your new computers for yourself and the kids or grandkids.
