Subway — Restaurant in Elyria

My boyfriend had went to this establishment and ordered 2 sandwiches, one for him and one for myself. He ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch and the Oven Roasted Turkey for me. When he got home, I started to bite into my sandwich and realized that it had bacon and rotisserie chicken, which was not what I ordered. My boyfriend's sandwich just had a bunch of veggies on it. She had mixed up both of the sandwiches to the point where we couldn't even switch them to eat them. When he called the establishment to let them know the sandwiches were made wrong, the lady who made our sandwiches (who I believe her name started with an M) answered and argued with my boyfriend over the phone about what my boyfriend ordered vs. what was made. She was very rude and short tempered and then continued to hang up on my boyfriend! Very unpleased with this reaction. $20+ down the drain because she refused to remake our sandwiches after my boyfriend was civil with her...

This Subway is terrible they do not accept coupons you get in the mail I mean why send out coupons in the mail when they don't accept them there's no point they're just wasting paper and second of all when you try to make an order online and there's an online deal like buy one get one half off when you get to the end and put in the promotion code this is this restaurant does not participate in this promotion okay you don't take coupons you don't take any online promotions what do you do I will not go to the subway because I mean it's a rip off it's the only Subway near my house and I just threw the coupons in the trash when I get them and there's no point in ordering online because they don't participate in any promotions so other restaurants do so I'll go to the other restaurants before I go to this one. Tried ordering online because of the buy 2 get one free deal and of course they're not...

I love subway, but won't eat at this one. The older lady that works here always messes up my order. How do you mess up a order, as it's being said....... She also always tries to put my food in the toaster. I tell her time and time again. Do not put my food in that toaster. She even does it when I send someo e else to get food. So I know it's not just because it's me. She's just stupid. Sadly, I drive out of my way to get Subway now. At least at the other one the employees listen when you're ordering your food. They need to hire some new people that are not 60 and need a walker and...
