Westside Wireless broke my phone.

Guys seemed fairly nice and friendly, but I got the screen replaced there and it instantly started having problems with sensing my touches or registering it in the right places. I called them and told them about the issues the day after the screen replacement. The screen then broke from spending 20 minutes in a backpack that only had a bottle of coke and two covid tests in it (the backpack was not dropped or hit). When they found out the screen broke, they said I would have to pay labor costs to replace it. So I planned to just walk away and get it fixed somewhere else. Today I put my phone in my pocket and when I took it out the phone wasn't working at all, it did the unresponsive rainbow shattered screen thing. Again, the phone wasn't hit or jostled at all while in my pocket.

Once I get a new phone so I am able to call them, I will try to get my money back. I did not pay $120 to get my phone broken. It's a shame, I really wanted to...

My daughter cracked her iPad screen. After getting a new screen put on the home button stopped working. Took it here to have it fixed or replaced. They said it would be ready the next day. Wasn't ready they need another day. Next day it still wasn't ready. After them having it for multiple days for a job that didn't require that much time(which was annoying) I finally get it back. I'm writing this review because of what I got back. Glue coming out of all the sides including where the home button is. There is glue all over the under side of the screen making it completely useless since you can't see anything but glue. My daughter used this to draw. She can't use it in this condition. They ruined her iPad. I paid $75 to ruin her iPad and ultimately need to buy a new one since this one is past the point of repair. Don't ever go here! Pay the extra $25 and go to a Walmart repair center. Not sure how they live with themselves. Just look at that brand new screen they ruined....

This place is awesome. The dude who runs the place is chill and very knowledgeable. I've been through the gauntlet in terms of cell phone carrier and repair shenanigans, and one visit there got all the problems that I tried sorting out with T-Mobile figured out.

In the end, I wasn't able to get my phone to work, but I finally knew why, and what my options were moving forward.

If I have an opportunity to sign up for one of the plans at his store in the future, I'm definitely going...
