I visited Sandals Factory in Emerald Isle on Thursday at 6:10 PM, only to find that the storefront hours stated they closed at 6ādespite the lights still being on inside. I returned the next day, Friday, at 5:05 PM, only to see an employee (possibly the owner) turn off the open sign as we were walking up and reaching for the door. She apologized, stating she was just about to leave, and mentioned they would open again at 9 AM the next day. Unfortunately, the online hours do not match the posted storefront hours. After reading other reviews, it seems this lack of consistency and hospitality may not be an isolated incident.
