Ok so I wasnāt going to say anything but yāall keep trying it so I have to say something now. So I regularly come to cake house. About a month ago I placed an online order for 8 infused pre rolls.. I go through the drive thru to pick it up. The guy processed my order and everything and I was on my way.. I drove about 1/2 mile down the road and something told me to check my bag. I check and there was only 7 pre rolls.. I know I wasnāt tripping so I checked my receipt that was stapled to the bag and seen I had indeed ordered 8. Now Iām baffled because how is the correct amount of what I ordered which is the 8 infused pre rolls on my receipt but only 7 are in my bag???? It was literally rung up so how does one go missing in between being rung up and given to the customer???? I didnāt try to go back because I figured I should have checked before I left but because they staple the bags shut plus give you a receipt, I didnāt think that anything would be missing. Strike 1. Strike 2: I go through drive through again today except I didnāt have an order. I usually just tell the Bud tenders to pick out a few of the infused pre rolls for me because Iām not picky. So thatās what I did today. I get home, pick one of the pre rolls out of the bag. Iām like, āthis feelās awfully lightā. So I open it and thereās nothing in there. So once again, cake house got me for my paper. Even though theyāre only infused prerolls, you guys shorted me twice and I come in there pretty often and even send people I know you guysā way. I canāt keep dealing with the dishonesty. Iām not sure if itās intentional but the fact that this happened twice now has deterred me from wanting to return and to warn others as well of my experiences and to check their bags before pulling of the property. Yes I could have said something when it happened but it would literally be my word against theirs and I didnāt feel like going through the hassle. That being said, roughly two weeks ago my lovely wife and I made a trip to battle creek to reap the benefits of both first time deals as well as birthday freebies offered amongst the province.
We were taken care of by a wonderful individual by the name of Alyssa (hopefully correct spelling). There was no rush, and while hard to do, she matched every bit of our excitement/love for marijuana, as well as our energy thus reflected by that fact.
Long story short. We walked out with some of the best smoke Iāve been blessed to call my own, and or be in the presence of. All at essentially half off.
If you havenāt been here yet, save up, come here for your first time, and spend your paycheck. The term ābuyerās remorseā only applies when there is a small amount of distrust in oneās own decision. The staff here will negate that fact, as good stonerās do, by making sure that whatever you walk out with, will be well worth your time and money. They were friendly across the board without exception, happy to help, and went above and beyond.
The regulars and other customers spoke very highly of the facility and its staff, for good reason, mind you.

I have severe insomnia and they were genuinely interested in helping find a way to sleep. Very knowledgeable in there products and nice selection.
