Had to give at least one star, but in my opinions deserve -5 stars. One of the worst junk yards I have dealt with in my life. Waited over three hours to find out if you even had the compressor I was looking for then the guy had to have help pulling out the compressor I needed, and to top it off said if this one didn't work i could exchange for the other one he had there. Then when I tried I was told no returns. So I'm out 60 dollars and have to still pay for another compressor. The "manager" was smoking in the "office" she was unhelpful and completely unsympathetic. You would think that with their website saying that customer satisfaction is their top priority they would follow threw and back up their word and parts. Thank you whispering oaksyou have lost my business and everybody I have told my stories to business. Air way auto from here on out, I will even be willing to drive to Kalamazoo instead of ever buying another car part from you guys again. Your business is a joke just like your staff, I really hope you go out of business with your piss poor attitudes and worth...

As a fleet manager for a commercial landscape contractor, I have been utilizing Whispering Oaks for roughly 30 years. They are the first place I call and for good reason, Chuck and his crew are very easy to get along with and his prices are some of the best in town. I prefer smaller, family run operations and this one is very hospitable. Being a small business, they have the flexibility to serve the clientele they choose.
