Kind Health Group is my one stop self care and maintenance medical spa. I have been going to Dr. Nanos for over 3 years. Originally, I went to start up my Mona Lisa Touch series as my Mona Lisa provider retired. I have also brought in my daughter and son for skin issues (keloid scare care and skin tags) I have had micro needling for sun spots and hormone related melasma, EMSculpt for stubborn aging and gravity triggered sagging of biceps and buns. I have had facials, gentle botox on furrow lines that made me look continuously angry!

The moment you walk in, you will experience a lift in your mood with the SPA like atmosphere: the coastal decor, diffused aroma of a spa, the gently music and the sweet, cheerful greeting of the staff. You will feel as if you are on vacation. Dr. Nanos is so easy to talk to; her eagerness to help and comfort is a medical style that is hard to find. I never feel like a "number". The professionalism and expertise of the aestheticians, nurses, and technicians are excellent. I truly rely on their knowledge and I trust them all. I am never rushed, my concerns are always respected and as important to them as they are to me. The personal service I receive is worth every penny. In fact, I think I have saved so much $$ on treatments that work instead of investing on gimmicks and high priced department store brands that do not hold a candle to what I have purchased and used from Kind Health. I recommend Kind Health Group without any hesitation or reservation. I LOVE this medical Spa establishment and I hope they never ever leave Encinitas. It doesn’t get better than this!!! We were referred to Dr. Nanos through a friend when my husband had a medical scare. A root canal infection had turned into an autoimmune reaction that the ER doctor told us was cancer! We would have had to wait for weeks for the appropriate follow up appointments with various specialists. Upon our first meeting, Dr. Nanos gave us her undivided attention, care and resources, scheduling scans and tests with the best specialists that same week! As we were leaving her office, she hugged me and said, “Don’t worry, I’ve got him. We’re going to figure this out.” I will never forget how comforted she made us feel during that terrifying time. Our entire family came to see Dr. Nanos years ago and have been so happy ever since. What a breath of fresh air to have a doctor who doesn’t rush you, who hugs you when you’re nervous, who really truly cares about your well being. One of my favorite parts about this practice is the accessibility to the doctors. It’s so easy to get an opinion or answer. Dr. Nanos has called me back on weekends, late nights, while on vacation and even saved us a trip to the ER by meeting me while she was off duty. I also love that when you walk in the office, it almost feels like a spa instead of your typical cold sterile doctors office. There’s usually a smell of lavender when you enter, comfy couches and the most wonderful staff at the front desk to welcome you. They know me by name and I’m always welcomed with a smile and something to drink. They have someone there for your every need. My family also sees their dermatologist on staff and she is wonderful.
