update the pre sale customer service is amazing, however afterwards leaves a lot to be desired. My furniture was due in Mid-October and it is now more than a month late. I keep requesting an ETA so I can plan for delivery and disposal of my old furniture and request after request I keep getting the run around and no concrete answers. No apologies for the inconvenience either. For the price of this furniture and their claim to quality, I'm disappointed in their service. Please note that everything at the store is custom and once you order, you cannot cancel it, even if you have not received the merchandise and it is in the warehouse. This pertains to mattresses as well.

Very long lead times for something as simple as a mattress. Very inflexible delivery times. Routine delivery is every other Thursday.

If you need something quicker, you have to escalate it.

Sales people should be more transparent and state that all sales are final, even if you have not received a merchandise and delivery takes longer than expected. They should also inform people that delivery is every other Thursday.

We had a great experience shopping at Stickley Audi & Company in Enfield Connecticut. We consulted with Lisa Rollend, a very knowledgeable, considerate designer who helped us choose some extremely well-crafted furniture for our living room. They are beautiful heirloom pieces, made entirely of wood (no veneer, composites, etc), mortise & tenoned, and built to last. She had some great suggestions and gave us time and space (no excessive hovering) to make our decisions without pressure to purchase. And since then, she's followed up on our transaction....
