Farkas Plastic Surgery and Medical Spa — Local services in Englewood Cliffs

Dr. Farkas plastic surgery practice is one I would strongly recommend for both plastic surgery procedures and for spa type procedures. My initial search for a plastic surgeon was for laser hair removal. I was looking for not only great reviews but for a strong clinical training background as well. I came upon Dr. Farkas Englewood practice about a year ago and have been going ever since! I’ve been extremely impressed with the customer service starting at the front desk with Lisa and during the spa services with Tamar. My results that are clear as day! I feel very comfortable and happy with the treatments and honestly just cannot say enough great things about the team!

During my laser hair removal treatments I was also “shopping around” for the right surgeon to take care of a lipoma removal on my back. This is something that I had been battling with for years. I had it “removed” years ago from a dermatologist with liposuction, but it grew back. I needed someone experienced with these types of extractions and who was meticulous with revision procedures. In my initial consultation with Dr. Farkas I was impressed enough to actually cancel an appointment I had already made with another surgeon for this procedure, and go with him. I’m glad I did!

Dr. Farkas was VERY caring before, during, and after the procedure, clearly communicating expectations along the way! He called my cell phone that night just to check in on me which was sincerely appreciated. He has continued to follow up with me as much as he needed to clinically, and as much as I needed with all of my questions along the way (I had a lot!). Its been about 2.5 months since the procedure, but feeling great and happy with the look/feel of the incision even so soon afterwards. Additionally, behind Dr. Farkas are even more great staff members. Nancy was SO helpful in planning this and working with me during this process!

I am currently still a patient at FARKAS PLASTIC SURGERY and MEDI SPA and can not be more confident and feel so blessed in choosing this facility as I continue my Breast Cancer journey. When you walk into the office it's so clean, beautiful and welcoming and the staff is always pleasant. Dr FARKAS and his staff especially ANGIE, are kind and understanding. Their professionalism is without question but, they are more than that, they are also a shoulder to cry on. They always take the time to listen to all of my questions, they make sure that I understand everything before I leave and never make me feel rushed. Dr. FARKAS also offers many different services as well. I'm so happy I finally took advantage of the Cyro session that has surprisingly made a difference on my surgery wounds. I also had an amazing Facial from Danielle and her "healing hands" were amazing along with her advice and expertise on taking care of my skin which has made a difference. For all that Breast Cancer took away from me and how it made me feel less beautiful as a woman and how it changed my skin I can finally get some of that confidence back by taking advantage of the services this MEDI SPA has to offer. My journey is not yet over, more surgery is ahead but knowing that Dr.FARKAS, ANGIE, DANIELLE, LISA and NANCY have my best interest at heart. I know I'm in the best place I could be. Forever greatful...

I got a Groupon for 3 lazer hair removal sessions, after my first session I could tell the technician had missed several strips of my Brazilian area, ( I had hair growing in stripes on my bikini area, like some weird semi hairless zebra) I'm am very familiar with how laser hair removal works so I was aware that she cccidentally did it wrong by not covering the entire area. So the next time I went in for my second lazer I told her that there was missing areas, I had even taken a picture for her to see the hair strips, well she told me that she did not do it wrong and that that's how it was supposed to look! She even Was visibly angry with me for pointing out the area was not covered properly. She told me if I didn't like the way she did it I could leave and go somewhere else, In fact it very much seemed like she wanted me to leave immediately. I even had to point out the facts that she was getting very aggressive with me before she'd stop telling me that I could go if did not like the way she did it!!! Who whatever wants to look like a semi hairless zebra?? I had already paid so I went through with the last 2 sessions.
