The Rockefeller Lookout is a great outdoor destination in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey that offers gorgeous views of the Hudson River & New York City.

I believe it connects both north (probably to state line lookout) and also south (towards the GWB) so it is a very expansive hiking destination.
