I dropped the diamond out of my engagement ring and was so upset. Luckily the diamond fell in my lap. We took my ring to Nathan at Paradise Jewelers & Repair. He checked the ring out and fixed the prongs, cleaned and buffed the ring. We got it back in a couple days. He told us it could take up to 2 weeks. When Nathan gave me the ring back it looked brand new. When I showed him the difference in my engagement ring and my wedding band he said, I can clean and polish your wedding band as well. I went by there to get my dad‘s ring polished to give to my son for his engagement and my mother‘s ring to get it cleaned and checked for him. They found several loose stones, but he tightened my dad‘s ring looked brand new. it was white gold and I had two Diamond missing from my wedding band so I left it with them and when I got it back, it looked better than when I bought it. It was actually a 20 year anniversary present just last year. Without me asking they also checked all the diamonds And found several loose ones so they tighten them up and recommended that I get it cleaned and checked every six months to a year.
