Had to do to the drivers license office located there and let me tell you about how quickly I got my intended services completed. When I spoke to the gentleman at the ticket dispenser he made sure I had my proper paperwork along with supporting documentation and an unexpired/current license. All of which I had. So he printed my ticket. Literally immediately my number came to the top. I didn't even have time to even think about which seat to sit in to wait for my number to come up let alone look at my forms to fill out that they handed me on a clipboard. So I walk over to the correct window I immediately was called to approach and begin this process of getting my RealID completed and issued. The gentleman who assisted me went as far as to full my forms out for me as he put it "that's OK, we can fill it out together". But he was the one writing it all down. So I get my supporting documents out so they can be entered while I sign a few lines and add the date before I can proceed to my next appropriate numbered window to call my number. And Literally while walking the 50-100 feet towards the next penn dot employees sitting behind the desks where they get your new photo linked and synced with the correct paperwork I just filled out that was digitally uploaded. Anyway just like "waiting" for the first teller which I didn't wait at all haha this next window called my number on the way to that side of the building. Got my picture done, did my electric signature and was able to gain that stupid star that signifies I indeed have the RealId and able to board domestic flights in the soon here future date the law becomes enforced.
I do not lie when I spent less time waiting for my number to get called than in my entire lifetime of getting licenses renewed. And the fact this was a special renewed one I thought it would take half my day because of other drivers needing different things. But there was hardly anyone even in the Penndot license building at all and all of us were all located sitting with tellers getting service done. It almost made it to good to be true not having to wait for such a seriously long time like when having to do DL stuff at the Cameron Street PennDot before the license center was completed for the grand opening. Anyway best and the least stressful PennDot experience I've ever had.
Definitely would go back and not even be upset if I did have to wait a little because of how surprised I was being moved right along at a relatively fast pace. Would definitely suggest visiting because it shocked me how like helpful and happy to serve you PennDot employees. Because we all know and remember vividly how seemingly miserable every worker looked over at the...
Read moreI like that there is a dollar store and a family dollar in this little plaza which I might go visit today. They have rad items there that other places don't have surpisly and all for affordable prices! Only thing I dislike about this mini plaza is the parking lot and the whole set up of the parking lot.it always sketches me out. People be parked in the parking lot and it seems they just chill all day in the parking lot and they seem to be watching you even though your not the weirdo sitting in a mini plaza parking lot people watching. I only notice this type of behavior because they make it very noticeable to where if you didn't notice it going on then you would have to be blind but if you were blind im sure your other senses would pick up on the strangeness of the people in the parking lot. It actually makes me uncomfortable being in this parking lot. And I've been to alot of places and I have to say this is the only place and parking lot that makes me just feel uneasy in general....its the parking lot by the family dollar and penndot that has the most werid shit happening with people in the parking lot watching you like you are a lab rat or something they are studying. Other then that, no complaints.
I think i want baby ducks or baby peeps from tractor supply.
This photo was taken in this plazas parking lot after going to the dollar store and purchasing these white sunglasses for $1.25 each....
Read moreIf you are interested in good food, drive past this place. Before I ordered a roast beef dinner served over stuffing, I asked the server with brown teeth if it was real roast beef or lunch meat. She assured me it was the real deal. No, it was lunch meat and was gristle and lacking flavor. The stuffing was the brightest shade of yellow I've ever seen on a plate and tasted like curry. The salad lettuce was brown and I do mean brown, the tomatoes should have been thrown out yesterday. Mashed potatoes were too chunky to be considered mashed. The meal was awful. I wish I had gone to a fast food drive thru, which I don't normally do. As bad as the food was, it did arrive quickly. I was able to observe a nearby table who left most of their food sitting on the plate. The lady took one bite from her cole slaw. Clearly we all left hungry. If you want a second beverage, forget it, well, you will get it at about the time you are ready to leave. There was no reason for poor service as there were 4 servers and most tables were empty as was the counter area. It was just before 6pm on a Wednesday, so not what is considered a busy day such as the weekend might be. I gave them 2 stars because they serve Pepsi products otherwise...
