China Taste — Restaurant in Enola

Hello. My name is Ron. I just placed an order at China Taste and had the worst experience. Ordered General so chicken. It wasn't cooked all the way. Called to tell them this and they got very belligerent and defensive with me over the phone and refused to listen. I have eaten here plenty of times. Food always seemed fine. I called to complain cause it's my right i paid you for a meal. My problem is: were is the customer service? You are in this community which provides a living for you and your family and this is how you treat your customers? On top of it, refusing to remake the dish or even giving me my money back? I post this for all those from Enola who spend there money at this place YOU MAY WANT TO rethink that. They were very rude. Very defensive and refused me my money back. It was only when i threatened to call the police, that they gave me my money back. I will no longer support this restaurant. BUYER BEWARE!!!! PLEASE...

Been going there for years. Only had an issue one other time. I Got sweet and sour chicken and got sick. Never got it again. But everything else we got was great. This weekend we went and got some seafood and egg drop soups and all good per usual. My son decided to get something different, sweet and sour shrimp. Only thing he ate. He was throwing up throughout the night. Called to ask for a refund or just exchange cost for some more soup. They said no way. They wanted a doctors note saying he got sick from the sweet and sour breaded shrimp and if the doctor said that it caused him to be sick then I would have to submit a claim through their insurance. I’ve never heard of such nonsense. It’s sad they will lose a frequent customer because of how they handled this simple issue. All...

OK so very disappointed. I ordered a small shrimp lomein. I had 5 shrimp and the noodles were angel hair spaghetti along with a diet coke for over $10. Very over priced. While I waited I heard a woman ask about her order of 2 egg rolls. The woman behind the counter says I thought you didn't want them. The lady says of course I wanted them. Because this was now a small order the woman behind the counter made her buy a 3rd egg roll because they don't accept cards for under $5 even though it was the stores fault. Quality was subpar. Service very subpar. Prices are very unfair. Lastly they are not allowed to charge a minimum for cards it's in there contract from the credit...
