So I figured since there wasn’t much I could do in regards to the $100 “deposit “ “no refund” policy, the least I could do was add to the 1 star reviews to inform others of the bs encountered there, for starters I explained EVERYTHING that was wrong with my PS4 console not wanting to stay powered on after so long and also the power button was being a pain and when we could get it on sometime the remote would disconnect and we would get stuck, so maybe needing a cleaning and other things so after having it for 3 weeks and no “reach out” or anything I contacted them and was informed it would be a little longer when I did receive it the power button wasn’t fixed the most that was done was a cleaning, he fixed the power button was fixed as I was standing there (confirming they aren’t organized nor professional) paid an extra $2 for the rest of the “work” took it home had it powered on for an hour and done the same thing the controller disconnected and when it powered off couldn’t get it back on took it back he claimed he knew what it was and kept it for another 4 weeks and when I checked in on it he hadn’t touched it and forgot about it had misplaced it and when he found it told me to give him an hour to fix the problem and come back when I called he left the office and told the lady to tell me he couldn’t fix it I should just bug a new one. 0/10 don’t recommend communication skills are trash organization is horrible and all around im just disappointing upset and frustrated at the same time...

Got in there today, one tech (I got to say, this man was the GOAT!). In the past, I've either had to drop off and wait days for my PC, or wait forever in the store while the tech worked. Not this place. He got right to work, we talked back and forth, he was really sweet and explained things while working. I have already forgot his name for the moment (I'll remember at some random time). Just a really great relaxed and interesting/insightful repair. The price for the repair for the time he spent knocked me over. This place has got the most incredible prices.(I don't know how they stay in business with such low prices) I wont take my electronics anywhere else.    Read morePaid $600 to have my wife’s iPhone 16 pro max screen replaced with oem part. Right on start up phone got a message saying it’s not an Apple product. Told employee about prompt. He dismissed it saying it was an error on the phone. Wife splashed water on the phone and now I just ordered a replacement phone because the phone is completely broken. Will not hold a charge. I’m assuming the battery received water damage via improperly replaced non oem screen. Will not repeat business.
