Usually nice inside once you've stood in line for an eternity but I had set up new service and filled out the cancellation on the other property when we moved recently - called to find out why we didn't have the bill yet for the new place that I know is due today and just happened to ask to double check that the other one was disconnected - they obviously lost the paperwork I stood in line 6 weeks ago to do way in advance - and the person on the phone was rude when I called back to make sure they had the correct email address for them to email the bill to. How they have TWO addresses and can't get a bill to me and then LOSE a form I stood in line to give to them - I have no idea! Working for a public utility can't be fun - probably like the DMV, but this is a town w alot of professionals expecting things to at least be done correctly in the first place. Help needed in this area...

She had my mother in tears for simply trying to understand why they tacked on a $30 late fee for a bill that was mailed in well in advance of the due date. Speaking to a grown women like she is a 3 year old for the entire office to hear is more than unprofessional. It’s tremendously disrespectful and inappropriate. You would think a manager would abide by the single most important practice for any business interaction… GOOD COMMUNICATION!! I highly recommend avoiding this women at all cost, because it is not worth the spike in blood pressure. Additionally, the fee was not waived, as my mother just wanted to leave as soon as possible and agreed to pay the extra.    Read moreWish I could rate with 0 Stars. Set up autopay online back in October. Got a notice last week that my payments were late and I would be charged fees for not paying October and November. Tried to call and email. No answers. City showed up today to turn off the water. I said I had been trying to pay but did not want to pay late fees that were not my fault and could not get someone on the phone. Finally got someone on the phone and they said "Ah yes our autopay system has issues. But we can't prove you had set it up so you need to pay the late fees." So you admit to knowing you have a flawed system and I have to pay the late fees??? We've never missed payments on anything and here we were about to get our water shut off because the city cannot set up a reliable payment method. Seems like a scam to nickel and dime extra money with no way for the customer to have...
