I have been going to Paradise Nails for years now… Loved them at first absolutely incredible, then things hit the fan. I would keep having to go back in to have them fix an actual really obvious flaw. It might seem like I’m picky but when other people notice flaws on your nails that you pay for $50 over price and you still go back to that company I don’t think that’s so bad. I just got engaged and I really wanted to get my nails done. Had a gift card to get my nails done scheduled multiple appointments and every time I went in. They said they said that I would have a waiting time and I would have to wait for like 30 minutes or more , I went three times this week knowing that I had an appointment today was the last straw. I had $25 left on a gift card but I wanted my nails done my toes done and my eyebrows done. I went in at 1 o’clock I told him that I had to pick up my son at 3:10 and if that was going to be OK they repeatedly said no , it was not really there… It was the owners wife. Anyways, then I asked OK I understand even though the place looked empty. I said OK, I understand, but can you at least do my nails. I wanted my hand look pretty with my new ring can you blame me? They said they didn’t know and I needed to take a seat. That’s two hours away from when I had to pick up my son. And I did not want to sit there and toxins so then I asked if I could just get my eyebrows waxed, which takes literally like 10 to 15 minutes tops. Again she refused and said that I just need to sit down, I’m sorry but now luckily, I saw someone there that I used to train and I gave her the remaining portion of the gift card and told her to just use it. I will not be going back to this place and I’m telling you go to Cindy’s make an appointment don’t go to Paradise Nails. It’s not freaking worth it they’ll treat you right until you don’t matter anymore no matter how much you tip no matter how much you go on a regular basis, so you do whatever you think is best, but Paradise Nails is...

I’ve been here twice but won’t be back.

The first time was fine; albeit the painting aspect was sloppy. I don’t like my overlays done thick, and they did a great job avoiding this.

I went back again for a fill and pedicure and my fill was done at the same time as my pedicure, allowing for 0 relaxation. (I like to read on my kindle or poke around on my phone during a pedicure).

I mentioned I did not like the color of my nails, a few different times. However the tech seemed to bypass this information without care. He finished the fill and went to the back room. As I was taking a few pictures of my nails to send to my husband, he noticed and after a while came back out to “fix them”. (Had he not seen me do this, I don’t think he would’ve fixed them, given the fact he ignored my saying I didn’t care for the color or quality). (See pictures)

The “fix” was even worse. The polish was bubbly and lumpy (see pictures). I can appreciate the attempt to fix them, but after seeing what I was left with I should’ve done just that: left.

Within a few days the polish had lifted off and peeled due to all the air bubbles and poor quality of work done. I ended up just taking all the gel off because I couldn’t stand to look at it.

70$ for both treatments. Absolutely not worth it and a complete waste of time and money. A few days later and I have no manicure to show, yet they still have my money.

I will say, my pedicure...

Kinda disappointed today in the customer service. I look forward to getting my nails done here everytime I visit my family & my mom goes all the time, it’s always been a great experience. However, today was so disappointing. The lady who apparently is newer had a nasty attitude the entire time, I said no gel & she literally smacked her teeth at me & looked annoyed the entire rest of service. When I went to pay for my mom daughter & I, my mom was talking directly to me saying on Wednesdays it’s a military discount & for some reason the lady checking us out chimed in to rudely say no discount for us I had already paid & shoo’d us with her hands. Obviously I know I already paid, it also wasn’t her convo, & to shoo a customer out is beyond me. Thankfully I don’t have to see them for another year & hopefully my mom sticks with her regulars because the lady who did hers was super sweet as always! Whoever I got I hope I don’t get again. I wanted to go back for a full set but feel absolutely uncomfortable after today so ulta...

Have never let me down! Every one is friendly with a smile for you too! My Mother has dementia and has to use wheelchair, they make her feel special and comfortable. If you have ever delt with dementia you understand how important it is to have same nail tech for her every time, I have never had to tell them, they once I told them she has dementia, same nail technician every time without fail. I can't express how thankful I am for them. Ive tried several different nail places in enterprise and surrounding areas, and my Momma would immediately get nervous ,when we walked into paradise nails my Momma was calm, relaxed, even smiling and conversating!!! Highly recommend this business. And of course my nails and my Mommas always look amazing.

I felt super rushed and like an inconvenience. 2 of my fingers were ripped open with the huge amount of nail glue used to apply tips seeping out and gluing the tip to my skin. Acetone was used on those fingers getting into the wounds, it hurt so bad. It was no more than 25 mins $75 and just awkward. Not to mention I did not get what I asked for and when I asked for a small change I got a glare and silence the rest of the service. When I was done she walked off and asked someone else to get payment. I understand we have bad days and maybe this was not a reflection of the business as a whole but I will not return. It was a nice clean location.
